Here is an easy Meatball Appetizers Recipe for your next cocktail party.
2 pounds of ground beef
1/4 cup of seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup of finely chopped sweet onion
1 egg
4 tablespoons of Ketchup
2 tablespoons of Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon of Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Shape into bite size meatballs and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees until nicely browned about 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes about 4 dozen meatballs.
