Easy Fruit Leather Recipe

Here is an easy recipe for strawberry fruit leather that is fun to make and disappears fast.

3 cups of strawberries (hulled and washed – preferably organic)
1 tablespoon of organic honey

Place the strawberries and honey in a blender or vitamix and blend until it has a smooth consistency.

Spread out on a large baking sheet covered with parchment paper or a silpat non-stick baking sheet or wax paper liner.

Make sure strawberry mixture is on the paper in a thin even coat.

Bake at 250 degrees for two to three hours or until leather is dry and not too sticky.

After it cools completely, cut into strips and it’s ready to eat.

Pop these in the kids lunches or in the pantry for an after school treat. You may have to hide them to save some for yourself.
